Talking to your Pets –How to you shape a personal retail experience that speaks to customers
Pet Food Express was a generic looking store with little or no brand story focusing on their values, who they were and what matters for dogs and cats. Radiant changed this by creating a store that talked to pets (or at least to their owners). We worked to establish a store brand that differentiated them as a leader in quality natural and holistic foods and products. Over 40 stores were evolved into personalized pet friendly environments featuring “dog stuff” and “cat stuff”, and a pet wash that made “cleanliness next to dogliness”. Radiant transformed their brand into a powerful pet-friendly world where owners love to shop.
Radiant’s work extended into developing private label brands that included the “smart stuff for pets” series of branded cleaning products, cat litter and treats.
